Effective November 17, 2008: ASPA will
no longer issue new ASPA IDs or
renew existing ASPA IDs unless
the applicant has received a
TWIC. Temporary
7-day credentials will only be
issued to applicants who have a
TWIC.
Current holders of ASPA
credentials must exchange
their ID for a new
TWIC-based ASPA ID to access
ASPA facilities after
December 29, 2008.
